After the initial consultation

We listen and ask the right questions: What is the problem? What is the goal? What is the timeline?

Within 24 hours you’ll receive an honest assessment: Can we help? What’s realistic? What would it cost?

If it fits, you’ll receive within 48 hours a binding fixed-price offer with a clear scope and timeline.

Upon acceptance we start immediately. No 4‑week onboarding, no bureaucratic overhead. Day 1 is productive.

01. Does the initial consultation cost anything?

No. The 15‑minute conversation is free of charge and non‑binding. It is intended to find out whether we are a good fit for each other.

02. Do I need to prepare?

No. Just bring your problem. We will ask the right questions.

03. How quickly can you start?

Usually within 1–2 weeks after the order is placed. In urgent cases, even faster.

04. What if my project doesn't fit your packages?

Then we will tell you honestly. We would rather recommend someone else than take on a project where we are not the right fit.
